Return Policy

Stamping on Glass wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer our customers the guarantee that is given by the manufacturer of the item. In most cases we agree to replace or exchange an item you are not completely satisfied with, if it is returned within 30 days of purchase.

The first step is to send an email to info@stampingonglass.com outlining the problem. You will be given authoriztion to return the item for replacement or exchange.

You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us. We do not accept COD's. We are not responsible for lost returns. If you have questions about your return, please contact or call our Customer Service Team.
